The Story
I grew up in Tromsø, Norway — a small city above the Arctic Circle where summers have no night and winters have no day. It teaches you to find light in unexpected places.
Studied economics in Oslo, but fell into film through a documentary project that needed someone who could read a balance sheet. Turns out, the most interesting creative projects are the ones that also need to make financial sense. That tension — art and commerce, vision and viability — became my obsession.
I moved to Mumbai because this is where the contradictions are loudest. The world's largest film industry by volume, operating in a market that's reinventing itself every decade. The chaos is the point.
